St. John's Church II

Welcome

Welcome to St. John's.  We invite you to explore our website and look at all the wonderful things Christ is doing in and through us.  Come and visit.  We'd love to talk about being a part of one of the fastest growing faith communities on Chicago's beautiful North Shore.  May the Spirit dwell in you richly.

Mission Statement

St. John's is a caring place where everyone can live, learn and grow together in Christ.

MLK DAY OF SERVING – MON., JANUARY 16,            10 AM – NOON

It’s a day off school and a day to honor Dr. King’s work for peace and justice by doing some of our own.  Dr. King’s faith bedrock was in God’s costly forgiveness, freedom and love made known in the cross of Jesus Christ.  In our serving, we’re remembering that our same faith in Jesus makes it possible to provide for neighbors, forgive enemies and act in peaceful ways.

Come and serve on the 16th!  We’ll have a variety of projects for all ages, through high school (and beyond!).
